The TP800 boasts a massive maximum chipping capacity of up to 100mm in diameter, with a recommended continuous working capacity of 70mm.

The 270cc 4-stroke engine requires standard Unleaded petrol. For engine oil, we strongly recommend a high-quality SAE30 horticultural oil.

The net weight of the TP800 is 95KG. Its reduced size makes it easier to transport and manoeuvre than some of the larger machines in our range.

Once fully assembled, the machine dimensions are: 1800mm (L) x 750mm (W) x 1100mm (H).

Standard delivery requires some minor assembly out of the box.

If you prefer to take the hassle out of assembly, you can select our Gold PDI Service. Our workshop technicians will fully build, lubricate, and test the machine before delivering it to you on a pallet. All you need to do is add fuel!

The Titan Pro 270cc engine is built using advanced computer-modeled design for maximum durability. It utilizes automotive-grade thin piston rings, which significantly improves fuel economy and reduces overall oil consumption during prolonged chipping sessions. Because of this heavy-duty construction, variations of this engine design are widely used across the construction and generator industries.

The internal chipping roller on the TP800 operates at a maximum of 3200 RPM. This high-speed rotation allows the twin reversible blades to efficiently process and clear material.

If you require specific engine block specs for advanced maintenance or engineering purposes, the standalone 9HP engine features a bore and stroke of 77mm × 58mm. The bare engine unit has a dry weight of 25kg and measures 460mm (L) x 400mm (W) x 450mm (H).
