Titan Pro Tech Tip: Triple Spindle Balance & Clearances
On a triple-spindle 48" cutting deck, maintaining dynamic rotational balance is vital to protect your spindles and prevent premature belt failure. Before installing these new 429mm blades, scrape any hardened, impacted grass mulch from the underside of the deck. Always mount the blade with the raised lift wind wing (sail) facing upwards toward the deck, hand-threading the fasteners first to prevent cross-threading. It is highly recommended to replace all three blades together to ensure an even, level finish across the entire cut width.
